Hellions‘ raw power and raucous live performances have seen them compared to acts as diverse and influential as Rage Against The Machine and A Day To Remember. The Sydney group turned heads with their LP Die Young and now they’re taking it on the road.

Their shows are renowned for the band’s ability to deliver aggressive, hardcore-infused guitars combined with punk rock speed and melodicism, and furious percussion, all complimented by frontman Dre Faivre‘s unique vocal delivery – a style truly their own.

The band have now announced the release of their highly awaited second single, The Ageing Field, which is the latest cut to be taken from an upcoming debut EP. To celebrate, the band will spend late March-April hitting up spots on the East Coast for the ‘Ageing Field tour.’

Jack Colwell & The Owls will team up with Aus-rock queen Ella Hooper (Spicks & Specks, Killing Heidi) to launch their highly anticipated new single Far From View, with two dates set for Sydney and Melbourne.

Far From View was inspired by the sounds and lonesome atmosphere of the classic ’90s television show Twin Peaks, taking listeners on a journey of heartache and alienation, which materialise in the track as wailing, ethereal strings and subtle, complex harmonies.
