Splendour In The Grass is beefing up its dance music credentials, adding Sydney’s Golden Features to the already bustling Mix-Up tent lineup. He’ll join hometown mates Rufus and Wave Racer as well as headliners Outkast, Interpol and Lily Allen on the bill for the Byron Bay festival.
It’s been a speedy rise to notoriety for the Sydney producer, who recently revealed himself as 23-year-old Tom Stell and only released his debut EP earlier this year. Splendour will mark his first festival appearance. “Honestly can not wait for this one. Let’s get muddy,” wrote the producer on Facebook.
Tickets to the festival, which will take place at North Byron Parklands from Friday July 25th to Sunday July 27th, have all sold out, however Splendour and ticket vendor Moshtix announced the relaunch of their ticket resale service. Those wanting to purchase a ticket will have the chance to do so, subject to availability, from 9am Monday 16th June until midnight Monday 21st July.
