Kalyani Mumtaz, who provides Willow Beats’ gorgeous, honeyed vocals, and Narayana Johnson, who’s responsible for the soundbed of slick electronica that allows Mumtaz’s vocals to shine, recently returned to charm us all over again with their single Merewif from their forthcoming new EP.
Having honed their chops in venues across Australia and spots at international festivals like Hong Kong’s Clockenflap Festival, Willow Beats recently embarked on a five-date national tour to celebrate the new single and we’ll be getting a taste when they come into Music Feeds Studio.
