Trivium, In Flames Announce Local Australian Tour Supports

Trivium and In Flames have announced the local acts who will join them on tour, which kicks off this week, as the two bands perform full headline-length sets in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide.

Local act LO! will kick things off at the Sydney date at the Roundhouse on Friday 21st November. The heavy music act are coming off a busy schedule, having launched their second album in 2013, followed by a huge European tour supporting Swedish heavyweights Cult of Luna, as well as numerous festival appearances.

Support at the Melbourne show on Sunday 23rd November will be provided by beloved prog-metal four-piece Sydonia. Having toured with the likes of Korn, Dead Letter Circus, Lamb of God and Stone Sour, as well as dominating their own massive national tours, Sydonia are a proven crowd favourite and sure to successfully kick proceedings off.

Additionally, local thrash metal outfit Desecrator will open the second Melbourne show on Monday 24th November and fellow thrashers Truth Corroded will perform in Adelaide.

The upcoming tour will see both North America’s Trivium and Sweden’s In Flames trek across the country, In Flames promoting their recently unveiled 11th studio album, Siren Charms, while Trivium are still riding the wave of momentum from the release of their highly acclaimed 2013 album, Vengeance Falls.
