The Waifs, Paul Dempsey Lead Inaugural Peninsula Picnic Lineup

The Mornington Peninsula’s food, wine and music gathering The Peninsula Picnic will make its inaugural appearance in March 2015, with music provided by folk rockers The Waifs (pictured), Something For Kate frontman Paul Dempsey and more.

Showcasing some of Australia’s best chefs and winemakers at the Mornington Racecourse, punters will enjoy sets from Aussie musos as they soak up all the foodie goodness.

Amidst the Peninsula Picnic’s multicultural cuisine, former buskers the Pierce Brothers will be displaying their talents, as will Melbourne roots band Tinpan Orange and electro-folk artist Hayden Calnin.

The culinary side of the 2015 Peninsula Picnic will feature Melbourne Racing Club’s consultant chef, Ian Curley, head chef at the National Golf Course on The Peninsula, Craig Gorton, and many more.

The 2015 Peninsula Picnic will take place on Sunday, 29th March 2015. Full lineup and ticket details are available below. For more information, visit the Peninsula Picnic website.
