Everyone’s favourite Aunty Meredith has handed down from on high the official Golden Plains 2015 set times, so all you festival goers can sort your days out nice and early.
As per their festival ethos, everything will be happening on the one and the only stage, with Aunty Meredith specifying that the sets have been “chosen for specific times of Day and Night all fitted and knitted together in a lovingly-stitched seamless slip’n’slide down The Grassy Nolan Embankment into Forever, Then and Now.” Get that?
Proceedings will be opened on Saturday afternoon by Melbourne outfit The Meanies after which the Supernatural Amphitheatre will be filled throughout the day by the sounds of Twerps, Sharon Van Etten, First Aid Kit, Courtney Barnet, Cut Chemist and more.
Sleeping punters will be awoken on Sunday morning by New Zealand’s Aldous Harding with the rest of the day featuring performances from the likes of The Bennies, Conor Oberst, Something For Kate, Parquet Courts and, of course, the Village People.
Golden Plains 2015 will take place in Meredith, Victoria from March 7th until March 9th. See the set times and lineup below.
