The Prodigy Share Grisly Animated ‘Wild Frontier’ Video

English electronica stalwarts and Future Music Festival headliners The Prodigy have shared a new cut from their forthcoming sixth studio album The Day Is My Enemy. The new track Wild Frontier comes complete with a gory animated video.

The track is the second single to be taken from the new record, due for release on 27th March, and follows first single Nasty. While the new cut sees the band go back to their rave roots, the stop-motion video pits nature’s hunters and the hunted against each other. The video was created by Dutch director Mascha Halberstad and features animation by Elmer Kaan.

The new album will follow-up The Prodigy’s 2009 full-length Invaders Must Die and is expected to mark a return to the band’s original, heavy sound.

While in the country for Future Music, The Prodigy will also play an exclusive Sydney sideshow at Luna Park on Wednesday, 11th March. Details below.
