In Hearts Wake Are Playing Download Festival, Revealing Their Secrets

Byron Bay metalcore act In Hearts Wake are amongst the latest acts to be named on the lineup for this year’s UK Download festival, set to take place in Leicestershire’s Donington Park this coming June.

The Byron boys will now join fellow Byron outfit Parkway Drive, Sydney group Northlane and ACT experimental rockers Hands Like Houses at the summer UK festival, along with the likes of Muse, KISS, Mötley Crüe, Enter Shikari, A Day To Remember and current Soundwave acts Slipknot, Judas Priest, Faith No More, Marilyn Manson and Apocalyptica. Playing alongside their esteemed peers, In Hearts Wake will be showcasing their latest full-length studio album Earthwalker.

Speaking of which, if you’ve got yourself a physical copy of In Hearts Wake’s Earthwalker LP, you may, or may not have yet, uncovered a hidden gem inside of it. Thanks to social media posts by both fans and their label UNFD, it has been revealed that hidden beneath the CD tray is a booklet containing messages from the band.

In Hearts Wake also seem to be spilling even more secrets on the internet, teasing some sort of release on their social media sites with the hashtag #skydancer, a project which also has its own website that features a clock counting down.

What exactly are In Hearts Wake up to? There’s 6 days and 13 hours until we find out.

Download Festival will take place from June 12th – 14th at Donington Park. View the official lineup poster, below. For more information, visit the Download Festival website.
