Hilltop Hoods are set to headline the Northern Territory’s BASSINTHEGRASS Festival 2015 as part of a phenomenal local lineup.
The Hoods will be joined by Birds Of Tokyo, Flight Facilities, Illy, Sheppard, The Preatures and more, on a huge lineup which is not only a credit to the festival’s organisers but also to the strength of Australian music right now. Check the full lineup below.
Birds Of Tokyo have only locked in one other Australian show for 2015 so far as they have been hard at work on their fourth album. Flight Facilities are currently touring the US while The Preatures are doing the gig-circuit in Europe. Sheppard are also currently touring overseas running off the success of Geronimo.
Bassinthegrass, presented by the Northern Territory Government in conjunction with the People’s Choice Credit Union, replaces tickets with souvenir caps and also mandates that free bottled water be provided throughout the day. Last year’s lineup featured Karnivool, Vance Joy and Allday.
Bassinthegrass is set to take place at Darwin Amphitheatre on 23rd May. Tickets are on sale now.
