Watch Faith No More’s Delightful Performance Of ‘Easy’ On ‘The Tonight Show’

Tomorrow, Soundwave 2015 headliners Faith No More will release Sol Invictus, their first album in 18 years, but that doesn’t mean fans are over the classics. So, the band took to Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show stage this week to perform their 1992 single Easy. It was delightful.

Easy was of course first released by the Commodores in 1977, but was covered by Faith No More during the studio sessions for 1992’s Angel Dust and has become a part of their live setlist since.

According to Pitchfork Faith No More also performed their Sol Invictus single Superhero on the Tonight Show stage, but footage of that song has yet to surface online.

For now though, let’s all just enjoy Mike Patton’s smooth, comforting vocals on this Mowtown classic and thank our lucky stars Chuck Mosley handed him back the mic. Could you even imagine?
