Canada’s hardcore punk stalwarts, SNFU, have announced their long-awaited return to Australian shores for their first headline tour since 1996.
Formed in Edmonton in 1981 and fronted by Ken Chinn (aka Chi Pig), SNFU are coming back down under to celebrate the 30th anniversary of their influential debut album And No One Else Wanted To Play.
The group will also be showcasing tracks from their BYO, Epitaph Records and Alternative Tentacles eras, including their most recent album, 2013’s Never Trouble Trouble Until Trouble Troubles You (below).
With shows across Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, Collingwood, Frankston and Canberra, SNFU will be supported by Melbourne’s Wolfpack, a not-for-profit thrash punk ensemble who have raised $17,000 for charity and animal welfare in three years. Local supports will also be announced shortly.
