Stream Full Splendour Sets From Blur, Peking Duk & More Live From Home

So you’re not going to Splendour In The Grass this year. You drew the short straw out of all your mates and have to work/study/couldn’t cough up the cash in time or whatever the circumstance that means you won’t be making the hallowed Byron trek in a few days. Commiserations.

But hey, we’re glass half full people over here and right now there’s no sense in dwelling on all those missed pashpurtunities.

Here’s an upside: a whole chunk of the country’s in the midst of a serious blast of winter chill right now – maybe you’ve seen the photos – so while your mates are stuck freezing their wellies off at Splendour this coming week, you can enjoy all the festival highlights from the comfort of your own warm bed, thanks to Telstra’s Splendour In The Grass TV.

From 5pm next Sunday July 26th, Splendour partners Telstra will be bringing you exclusive behind the scenes festival footage plus interviews and live sets straight from Byron to your computer screen.

That includes sets from headliners Blur, who are returning to Australian shores for the first time in 18 years, plus raucous English two-piece Royal Blood, Brissie sensation Jarryd James, indie folk outfit Of Monsters and Men and homegrown electro duo Peking Duk.

It’s the best of Splendour, minus those long bar queues. Check out all the Splendour In The Grass TV details here.

UPDATE 24/07/15: Splendour In The Grass TV will now also show performance highlights from the Splendour sets of English muso Mark Ronson and homegrown hip hop star Tkay Maidza during its coverage.

UPDATE 26/07/15: Splendour In The Grass TV is now live! Catch sets and performance highlights, including live sets from Royal Blood and Blur, up until midnight. View the live stream and catch the night’s full streaming schedule, below.
