Australia Is Getting Another Dogapalooza Music Festival For Dogs

You can never have too many dog-friendly music festivals, so Australia is getting yet another Dogapalooza charity concert event, this time in Melbourne.

The second annual Dogapalooza was held in Adelaide in March this year, and raised money for animal rescue and advocacy organisations. This time around, the event is heading to the northern suburbs of Melbourne to raise more funds this September.

This will be the very first time Dogapalooza has been held in Melbourne, and it will see music-loving pooches and their owners make a difference to the lives of animals by indulging in some live tunes and good doggie vibes.

The lineup of musical acts is yet to be announced, but we should probably expect some dog-friendly acts like Queens Of The Bone Age, Snoop Dogg, The Doggie Warhols, The ‘Really Annoying’ Cat Empire and Canine Inch Nails.

The Melbourne leg of Dogapalooza 2015 will take place on Sunday, 27th September. Catch highlights from the Adelaide leg of Dogapalooza, below, and for more information about the upcoming Melbourne event, visit Melbourne’s Dogapalooza Facebook page.
