Twelve Foot Ninja Announce One-Off Show, New Album On The Way

The incomparable Twelve Foot Ninja have announced plans to emerge from their ninja cave for a special one-off show in their old stomping ground of Melbourne, on the eve of the city’s big fat annual horsey race.

The heavy fusion champs will takeover Thornbury’s The Croxton on Monday, 2nd November (Melbourne Cup Eve), which has less to do with the Race That Stops The Nation and more to do with the fact that the Victorian Government have made the next day a state-wide public holiday hangover recovery day.

After pretty much conquering the world last year, appearing on some of the world’s biggest rock festival bills and taking out the ‘Best New Talent’ gong at the US Golden Gods Awards, the Ninj have been holed up working on their second album, which we’re told is due for release NEXT FREAKIN YEAR.

The fellas will be road-testing some of the new material off the disc, which is follow-up to their universally loved 2012 debut Silent Machine, live at the Croxton, which only has a capacity of 850ish so diehard fans best not be horsing around.
