Now you can watch Drake dance while singing about cellphones because his latest single, Hotline Bling, just got itself a music video.
The minimalist clip is satisfyingly Drake-centric, and co-stars a group of curvaceous lady backup dancers/phone sex workers and a variety of coloured prisms.
A turtleneck-wearing Drake puts on a masterclass of high school formal dance moves – the kind that will undoubtedly yield reaction gifs for years to come (see below) – before taking a hard-earned break to chill on a staircase for a bit.
Hotline Bling, which samples D.R.A.M.’s Cha Cha, was released as a standalone single in July.
Behold its official music video, slash the least annoying encounter you’ll have with telemarketers today, below.
UPDATE 20/10/15: The internet has, of course, turned Drake’s Hotline Bling dance moves into a series of brilliant memes. Here are the six best mashups of Drake’s dorky Hotline Bling dance moves.
