This Metal Cover Of Justin Bieber’s ‘Sorry’ Will Make You Feel Conflicted

Justin Bieber‘s pop anthem Sorry has been transformed into an epic metal track full of djent-friendly riffs and soaring vocals, and it might just leave you feeling pretty conflicted about old mat Biebs.

Canadian musician and YouTuber Andrew Baena (of Galactic Pegasus) is the man behind the metal/djent version of Bieber’s 2015 hit, and his cover (below) features his pal Nikki Simmons on vocals, above some programmed drums and synths.

Despite his many Metallica and Nirvana t-shirts — which have been given the green light by Metallica’s James Hetfield and Kurt Cobain’s widow Courtney Love — Bieber isn’t the easiest artist to convert into metal, but Baena and Simmons have done a top job.

Catch the pair’s metal/djent version of Sorry below, and sorry not sorry in advance if it leaves a weird Bieber-y taste in your mouth.
