Karnivool Announce Intimate Headlining Shows To Road Test New Album Material

There’s some good news and some bad news for fans of Karnivool.

The good news is: the Aussie prog rock veterans have just announced a handful of intimate headlining tour dates to road test some of the new material off their forthcoming studio album, the follow-up to their gold selling #1 LP Asymmetry.

The bad news is: you’ll either have to live in – or be willing to book a trip to – WA to catch them.

Sorry non-Westies. The band have booked in five regional shows exclusively for fans in their home state this April, giving some love to venues in Geraldton, Port Hedland, Karratha, Bunbury and Perth (with a quick sojourn to South Africa in between).

The band’s first Australian shows since their sold-out 2015 Themata Decade Tour will see the ‘Vool playing their fresh material live for the very first time, in intimate club settings.

But if you’re too povo to make the trip out west, fear not. A new album in the works means it very likely won’t be long before Ian Kenny’s best band is touring the whole country once again.

And if you can’t wait, best get your flesh mits on some tix ASAP, because they won’t last long.

All shows are on sale now.
