In honour of the four year anniversary since the passing of the Beastie Boys‘ Adam ‘MCA’ Yauch, FIDLAR have paid tribute in the form of a lively, true-to-form cover.
They’ve put their own spin on Sabotage from the Beastie Boys’ 1994 III Communication LP.
FIDLAR have uploaded the track as a video of a ’90s style tape deck, accompanying the video with the tagline ‘R.I.P. Adam ‘MCA’ Yanch’. Sadly they didn’t recreate that Spike Jonze video for the original track, and if anyone’s qualified for that feat, it’s FIDLAR.
