Schoolboy Q Announces Australian Tour

Grammy-nominated rapper Schoolboy Q has just announce he will be returning to Australia this November touring nationally in support of his highly anticipated fourth studio album Blank Face.

Kicking things off at Sydney’s Hordern Pavillion on Friday 4th November, he’ll then sop at Newcastle’s THIS THAT festival before making his way to Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth.

Signing on to Top Dog Entertainment’s burgeoning roster in 2009, joining the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Jay Rock and Ab-Soul, ScHoolboy Q hasn’t looked back ever since, going onto to release a series of stellar mixtapes and two acclaimed studio albums – Setbacks and Habits & Contradictions.

Making his major label debut with Oxymoron in 2014, which debuted at #1 on the Billboard Charts and achieved platinum status after selling more than a million units, he has become one of the most critically and commercially successful hip hop artists of the last decade.

Back with his latest cut Blank Face, out now,  the rapper is dropping some of his most ambitious work to date. Bringing together a formidable cast of collaborators, including Kanye West, Vince Staples, Miguel, Anderson .Paak, Swizz Beats and Jadakiss across its 17 tracks, ScHoolboy Q proves himself as sharp as ever.

With tickets going on sale at noon on Tuesday 19th  July, Telstra Thanks is also offerring special pre-sale tickets just for Telstra customers from 11am Thursday 14th  July until 5pm Sunday 17th July, with more information available here.

In the meantime check out his latest video for Black Thoughts (Pt. 3) here with full tour details below.
