Finnish producer and DJ extraordinaire Darude has announced an Australian tour for this September, with shows already lined up in Canberra, Newcastle, Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Perth, and even more gigs still to be announced.
Having released his fourth studio album Moments in 2015, Darude (real name Ville Virtanen) is set to return to Australia for the first time since last year’s Future Music Festival. He’ll be bringing his unique mix of trance, tech, breaks and house, and also the 1999 trance classic he’s best known for… Sandstorm.
Having pleased club and festival crowds around the world with his huge dance anthems, Darude is also priming himself for his upcoming Aussie jaunt.
“My 2015 tour in Australia was such a blast, I can’t wait to touch down under again in September and party with you,” he says.
