Liam Gallagher Teases Return To Music In Cryptic Tweet

Oasis member Liam Gallagher seems to be preparing for his return to music after taking to Twitter today to post a cryptic message/challenge to “so called troubadours” and “plastic rock n rollers”.

Telling them to “be afraid” and to “give your paper crown 1 last cuddle”, Gallagher ended the message with a battle cry of “I’m on my way”:

The first we’ve heard from the outspoken rocker since his band Beady Eye called it quits back in 2014, fans are already chafing at the bit to find out more.

Following his post three weeks ago signalling he’d like to get Oasis back together but his brother Noel Gallagher wasn’t interested, it’s unclear whether we’ll be seeing a new band, a solo project, or anything at all.

Still, even though we aren’t getting new Oasis music, we did get some classic Oasis beef following the failed reunion, with Liam at first claiming the reunion was Noel’s idea in the first place, quickly devolving to just calling him a potato, and later a “pouting potato”.

Regardless of what particular crown he is going after, we would love to see Liam take a run at comedy. He could be the best insult comic in the business if he tried, with the video below being proof of that.
