Australia Is Getting A New “Forward Thinking” Techno Festival

UPDATE 18/08/16: Tell No Tales festival has announced its inaugural lineup.

ORIGINAL STORY: With a big Stereosonic-sized hole in Australia’s festival calendar, it was only a matter of time before another festival stepped up to the plate.

A brand new techno festival called Tell No Tales has just been announced by a setup called Hardware.

There’s not much known about how it will be run or what the new festival will be featuring, but according the ticketing page organisers are promising a “forward-thinking techno lineup” for punters.

“Inspired by the European summer, and its institutional event program – Tell No Tales will deliver a forward-thinking techno lineup embracing the legendary, the up-and-coming and the era-defining. Immersed within green, plush surroundings, prepare for a day and night of musical exploration and creative expression in an inclusive space,” said a statement.

Tell No Tales will be split into a Melbourne leg on Saturday, 3rd December and a Sydney date on Sunday, 4th December. The first lineup will be revealed on Thursday, 18th August at midday, and pre-sale tickets will also go on sale at that time.
