Rainbow Serpent Festival have officially released the second round of artists that are set to play their massive 20th anniversary festival in January 2017.
The festival is a 4 day mammoth event set in the Victorian forest, with a big focus on electronic music which can mean one thing, and one thing only, there’s gonna be some serious dancing.
So far there’s a colourful bunch of artists coming in from all over the globe, with big acts like Shpongle (UK), Hallucinogen (UK), and Astrix (IL) taking front and centre stage. The first round of artists released were all international acts, and as it happens, so is the second. But don’t freak out, the festival have given us their word that by the time the 200 plus artists names are released, the bill will be brimming with local Aussie acts.
Not only will there be music but there will also be international food markets, massages, permaculture, speakers and ceremonies.
The festival kicks off January 27th and finishes up on the 30th, so there will be no time for the post Chrissie and NYE holiday blues. You can just keep on dancing your way right through the summer of 2017.
