British trio Years & Years have announced that they will no longer be supporting Ellie Goulding during her Australian arena tour in October.
The band were due to support Goulding alongside Aussie artist Asta but they’ve taken to Facebook to announce they have had to cancel all appearances.
“We are very sorry to announce that due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to support Ellie Goulding on her October Australian tour,” they wrote, continuing that they hope to be back soon.
It’s unknown at this stage who will replace Years & Years, if there is a replacement at all. They were only just in Australia in July for Splendour In The Grass, playing the festival for the second year in a row.
In July, Goulding cancelled the Perth and Adelaide legs of the tour due to scheduling conflicts.
