UPDATE 08/02/17: The full The Hill Are Alive 2017 lineup has been unveiled.
ORIGINAL STORY: The Hills Are Alive, the three-day autumn festival set in Victoria’s South Gippsland, has announced its 2017 return and dates.
It will come back into our hearts from 24th to 26th March for its ninth instalment, promising – once again – a stunning location.
It’s run by the guys who bring us NYE On The Hill every year and – if their 2016 lineup, helmed by The Preatures and Pierce Brothers is anything to go by – The Hills Are Alive bill is going to be packed full of gold.
This year’s lineup featured the likes of Bad//Dreems, Ngaiire, Tired Lion and Alex Lahey, who has since gone onto become one of the biggest new names in Aussie music, opening Splendour In The Grass.
We don’t have a date just yet for when to expect the lineup, but we can only hope it’s soon-ish so we can start planning a March getaway.
