Trent Reznor Hints New Nine Inch Nails Could Still Be Out By The End Of The Year

Trent Reznor promised late last year that there would be new Nine Inch Nails material in 2016 and with it being October, naturally fans are getting worried.

He tweeted out in December, “New NIN coming in 2016,” and that’s not something that fans forget about, as anyone who tracked Frank Ocean’s last album would know.

Now, as Consequence Of Sound report, he’s replied to fans on Instagram asking why they haven’t got new music when 2016 is drawing to a close saying, “2016 is not over yet”.

That could just be a very vague statement for the sake of it but by the sounds of it he’s telling them not to lose hope just yet.

In August, a Reddit user thought he’d spotted the release of a new Nine Inch Nails single in the Columbia Records release schedule for September but Reznor tweeted “not true”. The date has also come and gone.

Nine Inch Nails’ last record Hesitation Marks was released back in 2013 so everybody is more than ready for a new record now.

Check out Reznor’s Insty comment below and get ready for some new Nine Inch Nails (hopefully).
