Hot damn! Eat your funkin’ heart out triple j, because commercial radio’s favourite sons Hamish & Andy have just delivered a Like A Version for the ages.
The drive-time LOLbros have tackled Mark Ronson & Bruno Mars’ chart-smashing 2015 hit Uptown Funk in their new musical collab with ginger work experience kid Cackling Jack, dubbed ‘Cool Boys And The Frontman’.
The lads have filmed their first rehearsal of the tune, featuring Jack on guitar, Hamish on the electric tubs and Andy busting out some mean (and 100 per cent on-pitch) trumpet lines while absolutely slaying lead vocals with Hame.
“We can assure you, you’ve NEVER heard a cover of Uptown Funk like this one…” they posted on Facebook alongside the clip.
