PREMIERE: Baroness Bring Us Along For The Ride In “Baroness On The Road Pt. 2”

Soon-to-be in town for their first ever headline run of Australia, Baroness have unveiled Pt. 2 of their fly on the wall style short doco Baroness On The Road.

The 11-minute clip follows the band as they perform to enormous crowds, and talk through their recent, and meteoric rise to mass attention. As per the doco, around “85%” of people are their recent shows had never seen them before, a solid indicator that their previous album Purple left a solid impact.

Pt. 2 sees the band contemplating the mass-influx of people to their shows. Clearly unphased by the exponential growth, Baroness seem pretty damn chill about this whole success thing, explaining it’s not about how many people are there, it’s about how the show feels.

A lot like Pt. 1, the sequel shows a band who are well and truly in their element, as vocalist John Dyer Baizley explains, “Right now we’re just running as fast as we can forward, trying to get to as many places as we can.”

The band’s Australian plans will also include a cheeky stop-off at Meredith Music Festival.
