Kasabian New Album in October + Details

English indie rock band Kasabian have revealed details of a forthcoming new album.

The yet to be titled album will be released in October and is currently being mixed by producer Dan The Automator who produced their last album West Ryder Lunatic Pauper Asylum in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Some names of the new tracks include Switchblade Smile, Neon Noon, Goodbye Kiss, I Hear Voices, Shelter From The Storm and Velociraptor

Guitarist Serge Pizzorno thinks the band have bettered their last album:

“Well, it’s epic, It’s big songs that make you feel like anything’s possible. It’s a really positive record. I suppose it’s a combination of all three records but we’ve just taken it a bit further.”

He added: “I’m really excited about it, because after the last record, people really liked it and wanted to know what was next, and I’m happy to say that it’s got better. I’m excited about playing it live – there are tunes on there that are going to take people to a new place.”

A new album means new tours, the band were out in Australia last year. We’ll keep you posted on any Tour announcements coming up in the next few months.
