Kasabian To Premiere New Music At Two Exclusive Australian Shows

Leicester rockers Kasabian have announced two exclusive Australian shows for March 2017, where they’ll celebrate 20 years as a band and premiere new material from their highly anticipated (and as yet untitled) sixth studio album.

Tom Meighan, Sergio Pizzorno, Chris Edwards and Ian Matthews will play the Sydney Opera House Concert Hall over two nights, where they’ll punch out some of their biggest stadium-filling hits, as well as previously unheard tracks from their new album, which is set to drop later this year.

Sydney Opera House’s Head Of Contemporary Music, Ben Marshall, says, “The commanding, powerful live force of Kasabian will be something to behold in the Concert Hall. Bringing their spectacle to Australia for just these two performances, expect raucous, rapturous adoration and a triumphant blast of rock ‘n roll from one of today’s powerhouse live acts.”

Kasabian’s two Sydney shows are said to be the only gigs they’ll play during their upcoming trip down under. Catch all the Sydney show dates and ticket details, below.

The band’s next album will be the follow-up to 2014’s 48:13.
