Aussie singer-songwriters Matt Corby and Tash Sultana are collaborating on new music, according to some sneaky in-studio social media posts from Sultana over the weekend.
Posting a photo of the pair to Instagram on Saturday night, Sultana captioned the post, “Yeh so this is happening. MC & TS.” Over on Facebook she captioned the pic with “you asked for it”, and on Twitter she simply posted “in the studio”.

Triple j understands that the duo are pictured working in a recording studio somewhere in northern New South Wales (Byron Bay, perhaps?), but what is clear is that they’re working on something pretty juicy, and fans are pummmmmmmped:

Corby doesn’t have any shows lineup up in 2017 just yet, but Sultana is preparing to perform as part of Laneway Festival later this month, before she heads to Europe and the US.
Corby released his debut album Telluric in March 2016, while Sultana dropped her Notion EP in September.
