Just when you thought the lineup for Bluesfest 2017 couldn’t get any bigger, organisers have today revealed that the legendary Neil Finn has joined the bill, along with a host of other new additions.
The New Zealand-hailing musician and Crowded House frontman will perform on Monday at Bluesfest along with his band, keeping the momentum going from his incredible Sydney Opera House performances earlier this year with Crowded House.
Joining him on the ever-bulging Bluesfest lineup are Vintage Trouble, Jet frontman Nic Cester (who is writing a debut solo album for release this year), Playing For Change, Remi and a host of others. They’ll all play alongside the likes of Patti Smith, Courtney Barnett, Mary J. Blige, Mavis Staples, The Lumineers, Santana and heaps more at Bluesfest this April.
