Dreamcar, the new supergroup that combines AFI‘s Davey Havok with several members of No Doubt, have released their second single.
Titled ‘Born To Lie’, the new track follows on from last week’s debut single ‘Kill For Candy’ and is another up-beat effort from the new supergroup.
It’s also a tad darker than their first single, and once again features Tom Dumont’s phaser-driven guitars echoing through the track underneath Havok’s inimitable vocal style.
Dreamcar’s self-titled debut album is due to be released Friday, 12th May, and they headed off on a North American tour this week which will include a set at Coachella.
While it’s unlikely we’ll see Dreamcar in their current form in Australia any time soon, Havok did tell Music Feeds that AFI are looking at organising Aussie touring dates later in 2017.
