Alison Wonderland Covers Ed Sheeran’s ‘Shape Of You’, Turns It Into A Huge Banger

Alison Wonderland has taken on Ed Sheeran‘s megahit ‘Shape Of You’, transforming it into a mighty dancefloor stormer.

Wonderland and Sheeran are probably not a combination you’ve ever entertained, but the Aussie producer has seamlessly pulled it into her own world, making it something special.

It’s Wonderland’s vocals that you hear on the cover, with the production by her and her fellow producer Naderi.

“This is one of my favorite tracks and I really wanted to remix it, but Ed Sheeran didn’t reply to my twitter when I asked to remix it,” Wonderland says about the cover.

“So then Naderi and I decided to cover it when I was in Australia with him ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It was really fun to recreate and I hope it makes you as happy as it does me.”

It’s the first new music we’ve heard from Wonderland since her cover of Lido’s Crazy.

Sheeran’s Shape Of You is the biggest hit of the year so far in Australia. It’s spent 15 weeks at number one, making it the longest running chart topper since the ARIA charts started in 1949.
