UPDATE: Sia To Tour Australia In 2017 With Charli XCX, MØ & Amy Shark

ORIGINAL STORY: Good news, Sia fans — our homegrown and enigmatic pop phenom just teased what appears to be a forthcoming announcement about a new Australian tour.

Taking to Facebook this morning, Sia shared a video of clips from the performance version of her ‘Cheap Thrills’ music video, as well as some extra footage and the sound of a crowd cheering towards the end.

The clip is also captioned, “Australia + New Zealand – 28 May,” which suggests that this Sunday, 28th May is the day Sia will reveal what she’s been teasing. It also includes a link to the website nostalgicforthepresent.com.au, which is the name of the singer’s current tour, which already rolled through the US late last year.

The ‘Nostalgic For The Present’ tour has seen dancer Maddie Ziegler (and other onstage dancers) tour with Sia, pulling off Ryan Heffington’s choreography while Sia sings at the back of the stage with her face covered.

Sia released her latest album, This Is Acting, in 2016, but hasn’t toured Australia since 2011, so she’s well due for a string of new shows down under.

Watch her teaser video in full below, while we wait in anticipation for 28th May.
