Watch Northlane’s Marcus Bridge Cover Childish Gambino’s ‘Sober’

Northlane‘s cover-lovin’ frontman Marcus Bridge has performed a tasty acoustic version of Childish Gambino‘s hit single ‘Sober’ during Northlane’s Twitter #BlueRoom session today.

Bridge’s cover, which you can watch in full below, was the result of a Twitter poll in which fans voted for the song they wanted to receive the Marcus Bridge treatment.

After 419 votes, 44 per cent voting for ‘Sober’, with 25 per cent voting for ‘Prey’ by The Neighbourhood, 18 per cent voting for ‘Shine’ by Shannon Noll (robbed AGAIN!) and 13 per cent voting for ‘Four Seasons in One Day’ by Crowded House.

Bridge is renowned for his ability to cover songs in his own style, and has previously turned his hand to tracks by the likes of The 1975, PVRIS and Hellions.

Northlane recently released their latest album Mesmer, and are set to perform at Yours & Owls festival later this year.
