Sydney’s Lansdowne Hotel To Reopen With Live Music This Month

Sydney’s beloved back-from-the-dead pub and music venue The Lansdowne Hotel will officially reopen later this month, with an opening date and first run of new gigs now locked in.

The Lansdowne will reopen on Thursday, 15th June, with three secret gigs to be announced at 7pm each night for 8pm kick-offs. What’s more, one of the acts set to perform on Friday, 23rd June is rock outfit The Delta Riggs.

After that, the Chippendale venue has a bunch of other shows already lined up, including sets by Hard-Ons, Saskwatch, Gold Class, The Meanies and The Babe Rainbow. For tickets to the Lansdowne’s reopening gig and other shows, head here.

The Lansdowne’s new management team is led by Jake Smyth and Kenny Graham, who also own Mary’s in Newtown and The Unicorn Hotel in Paddington. The venue closed back in 2015, and has since undergone major renovations and upgrades to its live music capabilities, which you can read more about right here.
