Green Day Release Music Video For ‘Revolution Radio’ Full Of Archived Footage From Their Early Days

Green Day have just unveiled a self-directed official music video for the title track from their 2016 album Revolution Radio.

Although at first glance the clip looks like a pretty typical live-performance music video, if you watch further you’ll see a stack of short snippets harking back to the band’s early days.

Clips of Billie Joe Armstrong and co. and more looking shockingly young will get that ’90s nostalgia going as the band takes you on a trip back through footage of some of their earliest shows.

That footage is cut between footage of the band from the current day, emphasising even further how much they’ve changed in over two decades as a band.

The band were recently in Australia on their world tour, and were spotted hanging out and playing music in a studio in Perth.

Now If you’re ready for that trip down memory lane, check out the new clip for ‘Revolution Radio’ below.
