PREMIERE: Let Husky Transport You With This Magical ‘Cut The Air’ Live Video

After an unfortunate delay, this week Melbourne’s Husky will kickstart their national Punchbuzz tour and to whet fan appetite in the meantime, the Australian indie rock mainstays have today unveiled a magic live video of album track ‘Cut The Air’.

Filmed in a historic Victorian mansion, the clip’s stunning backdrop is matched by the hypnotic beauty of the song itself. Both the visuals and the music work in tandem to transport you to another world, another era, entirely.

“We’ve never recorded a song like this before,” Husky Gawenda tells Music Feeds. “There’s an interesting mix between the organic elements we’re used to and more programmed, electronic elements we’ve experimented with more on Punchbuzz. I like that the song ends up somewhere completely unexpected, it surprises you. We recorded this live version on a little stage consumed by vines and plants, in the overgrown garden of the Elsternwick Mansion.”

Punchbuzz is out now and Husky kick off their rescheulded national tour this Thursday, 6th July. See dates here.
