Here’s What Panic! At The Disco Sounds Like When Played On 25 Interconnected Kazoos

Music covers go viral for countless reasons, ranging from the potential discovery of prodigious new talent to, more frequently, the novelty factor of a particularly strange take on a well-known artist’s song.

This instance certainly falls into the latter category, with 17-year old high school student Izzy Humair recently uploading a series of bizarre covers of well-known songs performed on a chain of many connected plastic, multi-coloured kazoos.

The New York-based student who hails from Hong Kong has uploaded several songs where she’s removed the vocals and replaced them with kazoos, including a 20-kazoo cover of ‘Fireflies’ by Owl Eyes and an 8-kazoo cover of ‘Closer’ by The Chainsmokers.

The masterpiece that has garnered the most attention however, is her incredible effort to play the melody to ‘I Write Sins Not Tragedies’ by Panic! At The Disco with a whopping 25 kazoos. At the time of publishing her video had over 40K retweets and almost 90K likes on Twitter.
