Here’s Who’ll Play The Members Of Queen In Freddie Mercury Biopic

The forthcoming Freddie Mercury biopic Bohemian Rhapsody started pre-production last month, and now Queen have announced who will play the remaining members of the band in the film.

Rami Malek had previously been announced as the man to take on the role of Mercury in the film, and now the remaining cast members have been revealed on Queen’s official website.

Joining the cast as bass guitarist John Deacon is Jurassic Park‘s Joe Mazello, while X-Men: Apocalypse’s Ben Hardy is set to play the role of Roger Taylor. Finally, Gwilym Lee of The Tourist has been cast to play lead guitarist Brian May.

As previously reported, Bohemian Rhapsody will be directed by Bryan Singer. Previously, Dexter Fletcher was slated to direct the biopic, but pulled out in 2014.

Taylor and May are also set to serve as executive music producers on the film, while Queen have also suggested that fans may have an opportunity to appear in the movie.

Queen also recently announced that they will return to Australia later this year, for a headline tour with singer Adam Lambert.
