Papa Roach Tease Plans For 2018 Australian Tour

UPDATE: Papa Roach Announce First-Ever Australian Headline Tour

ORIGINAL STORY: California rockers Papa Roach have teased plans for a 2018 Australian tour in a sneaky message to fans.

In a Facebook post this morning, Papa Roach told their followers, “If you want us to come Australia for headlining shows in January, tag a few friends & send us a message on Facebook! If we come, you’ll be first to get the ticket links before the general public!!”

While it’s not confirmation that a new Australian tour is definitely happening, the fact that the band have January on their radar suggests they could be preparing to announce something in the coming weeks, and are simply trying to scope out fans’ anticipation levels.

When they were last in Australia for Soundwave Festival back in 2015, Papa Roach frontman Jacoby Shaddix told Music Feeds that the band wanted to come back down under “later [in 2015] or early 2016”, possibly for the 15th anniversary of their debut album, Infest.

Papa Roach released their latest album Crooked Teeth in May this year. Music Feeds has contacted the band’s representatives for comment about the band’s Aussie tour tease.
