Foo Fighters Announce 2018 Australian Tour With Weezer

Foo Fighters have stopped all the teasing and announced a new Australian tour for 2018.

Dave Grohl and company have revealed that they’ll play all-ages arena shows around Australia in January and February next year, in support of their forthcoming ninth album Concrete And Gold. Catch all the tour dates and ticket details, below.

Supporting Foo Fighters are all shows will be fellow American rockers Weezer — who are releasing their new album Pacific Daydream on Friday, 27th October — as well as local acts in each city: Cosmic Kahuna will support in Perth, while Amyl And The Sniffers will play in Adelaide, DZ Deathrays in Brisbane, The Preatures in Sydney and Clowns in Melbourne.

Foo Fighters last toured Australia in 2015, but Dave Grohl and his bandmate Taylor Hawkins were in Australia only last month for a brief promotional tour, which included a surprise show in Sydney as their rock covers side-project Chevy Metal.

Concrete And Gold is due for release on 15th September. Watch the music video for album cut ‘The Sky Is A Neighborhood’, below.
