Watch Josh Homme Prove He Can Sing The F*ck Out Of Opera As QOTSA Go Classical

Queens Of The Stone Age have swapped their guitars and backline for a string quartet and baby grand to perform like you’ve never seen or heard them before.

Josh Homme & Dean Ferito have given QOTSA’s track ‘Villains of Circumstance’ off freshly-minted LP Villains a classical makeover during their spot on BBC’s Later… With Jools Holland, reworking it into a murky and cinematic arrangement complete with violins, cellos and piano.

But most notable is Homme, in a rare appearance sans guitar, showing off his little-known heavenly opera chops in a jaw-dropping vocal performance that would have the Phantom Of The Opera drooling onto his pipe organ.

Seriously, is there anything this man can’t do?!?

Watch and bow down, below.
