Architects Announce One-Off UNIFY Gathering Sideshow

Despite previously being announced as an exclusive act for UNIFY Gathering 2018, UK metalcore heroes Architects have today announced a one-off UNIFY sideshow, which will see them perform a headline date in Adelaide come January.

Today’s announcement sees the band come good on a promise they made to reschedule their 2016 Aussie visit, which was cancelled halfway through when the band they were supporting at the time — Bring Me The Horizon — scrapped part of the tour due to illness.

Bring Me The Horizon later rescheduled their cancelled shows in Melbourne and Adelaide, but they were eventually supported by UK act While She Sleeps.

Architects, meanwhile, went on to tour parts of Australia earlier this year, but missed out on Adelaide. Their just-announced Adelaide show will now supposedly be the only Aussie show the band will play on their upcoming trip down under, aside from their appearance at UNIFY.

Catch all the show date and ticket details, below.

Architects released ‘Doomsday’ — their first new song since the death of lead guitarist Tom Searle — in September, and they’re continuing to work on a new album.

The sold-out UNIFY Gathering 2018 will go down at Tarwin Meadows in South Gippsland between Friday, 12th and Sunday, 14th January. Stay up to date with all the festival sideshows right here.
