PREMIERE: Down & Out Get Rowdy On The Gold Coast In ‘Horizon’ Video, Feat. Hit The Lights’ Nick Thompson

Brissie pop-punk crew Down & Out have pulled off a major coup, unleashing a music video for their debut party-starter ‘Horizon’, featuring a blockbuster international guest in the form of Hit The Lights frontman Nick Thompson.

The three-and-a-half minute dose of good times sees the lads channel their inner schoolies and road-trip to Surfers, run amok on the Paradise strip and party hard in their hotel room.

“‘Horizon’ is a fast paced pop punk tune where we tried to capture our younger times when we saved our money to road trip down the coast, stay in a hotel and party for the weekend,” the lads explain.

“We worked with a fantastic videographer, Clay Fisher, who usually shoots Penthouse and Honey Birdette. He helped us capture the party feels in the music video too, from the road trip down to the Coast, partying and playing up in the hotel room.  Considering how noisy we were filming this clip in the hotel – the hotel was extremely gracious to us!

“We were also so honoured to work with Nick from Hit The Lights, as they have been heroes of ours for so long,” they add.
