Watch Childish Gambino Perform With A 10-Year-Old Prodigy At The Grammys

Childish Gambino (real name Donald Glover) has performed his song ‘Terrified’ at the 2018 Grammy Awards with some help from a 10-year-old who will star alongside him as a young Simba in Disney’s upcoming remake of The Lion King.

Performing during today’s Grammy Awards in New York’s Madison Square Garden, Glover and his white suit were covered in blue light during his performance of the Awaken, My Love! track.

Towards the end of the song, Glover was joined by actor and singer JD McCrary, who also appears on the studio version of ‘Terrified’. Watch the performance in full, below.

Glover won his first-ever Grammy Award today, taking out Best Traditional R&B Performance for ‘Redbone’. Awaken, My Love! is also nominated for Album Of The Year and Best Urban Contemporary Album.

New music is expected from Glover later this year, after he recently signed a new record deal.

Kendrick Lamar opened this year’s Grammy Awards with a fiery performance which featured U2 and Dave Chappelle.
