Rihanna Asked Our Government To Pay Up Millions Of Dollars And They Did

When Rihanna asks for her money, you better give her said money and it seems our PM Malcolm Turnbull and the Minister for Foreign Affairs Julie Bishop know this.

Rihanna is a global ambassador for the Global Partnership for Education (GPE), an international not-for-profit that our former PM Julia Gillard is also involved in. She’s been seen buddying up with Gillard on numerous occasions but now she’s turned her attention to our current government.

The GPE is currently meeting in West African country Senegal, discussing how to raise $3.1 billion in education aid funding.

Rihanna took to Twitter to try and raise funding, asking Turnbull and Bishop to pledge $200 million to help fund education and they came through.

Bishop announced that the government would be contributing $90 million to the program which obviously isn’t the full amount but we’re sure RiRi will keep chasing them.

She also asked the British government for £380M and they paid up £225 million. It seems not everybody is getting that when RiRi asks you for money you give the full amount but they’ll learn.

Somebody show them the video for Bitch Better Have My Money.
