Alex The Astronaut and Stella Donnelly are joining forces for an Aussie co-headlining tour of huge proportions.
The indie singer-songwriters will be lugging their guitars cross-country for a whopping 12-date trek, hitting venues in Byron Bay, the Gold Coast, Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Fremantle, Margaret River, Adelaide, Hobart, Melbourne, Ballarat and Bendigo this April.
“We both think the other is funny and we like each other’s music,” the duo said in a statement after bonding over their mutually raw and honest brand of songwriting.
Alex is still riding the wave of hype around her second EP, 2017’s See You Soon, and its breakout single ‘Not Worth Hiding’, while Stella is doing the same with her debut EP Thrush Metal, which netted her a slew of awards including out the inaugural Levi’s Music Prize at BIGSOUND and the J Award for Unearthed Artist of the Year.
