Jack White Drops Thumping New Single ‘Over And Over And Over’

Jack White has given us yet another taste of his upcoming album Boarding House Reach with the catchy ‘Over and Over and Over.’

This is the third song released from White’s new record, having already given us ‘Connected by Love’ and ‘Respect Commander’.

Interestingly, ‘Over and Over and Over’ was originally written for The White Stripes 13 years ago. In an interview with Rolling Stone, White explained that he couldn’t get the song to work for the band so he tried — and failed — to rework it for side project The Raconteurs and for the collaborative Jay-Z project that never came to be.

“I was just gonna hand it off to my grandchildren,” White said. “It was sort of my white whale. I chased it and chased it, and finally, all of a sudden, it worked.”

Boarding House Reach will be available 23rd March, and you can listen to ‘Over and Over and Over’ below.
